An excellent team performce to round off a very good season.
As with the recent home game against Euxton this was an entertaining and competitive match and all of the lads worked hard to ensure we finished on a high.
The match was very even throughout, with both teams creating chances. It was an end to end affair with both keepers being called into action on a number of occasions. Once again Henry put in an excellent display.
Stephen continued his good form in defence, and was well supported by Callum. Chris, Josh N, George and Nathan all contributed well in midfield and once again Josh S put in a tireless display up front.
The goals came from Nathan - both being long range strikes that gave the Euxton keeper no chance.
MoTM went to Josh S for his performance up front - he linked up well and never gave the Euxton defence a moments rest.
A big well done to the lads - to come third after jumping up 2 divisions is an excellent effort and has exceeded all of our expectations.
